At Black Moon Cosmetics, we want you to be completely over the moon with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; please include a copy of your packing slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package to our distribution center, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
